I am in so much pain tonight. I've already taken 400 mg of Ibuprofen instead of the normal 200 I usually take at bed time and as I type this I have my cervical brace and wrist brace on, and am laying on my heating pad.
At this point, I want to cry; I refuse to take another narcotic this close to my emergency room adventure (I still feel guilty for taking what I did take, 10 mg Hydrocodone). My back won't stay in place tonight.
I feel useless around the house. I really wish I could help out more. I feel bad every time someone has to do something for me.
I hope every day for a better future than laying in bed. I played with my boyfriend outside the other day for an hour and was bedridden for a few hours after. We're gonna try just enjoying being outside Saturday, and I'm going to make dinner.
I really hope that after all that, we can just pull out the couch and relax, especially since I think I'm getting ready to enter the worst flair up ever.
Tomorrow, I might try to color correct my hair while I get caught up on Homework. If this post can get a couple likes, I'll post before and after pictures.
Goodnight and Gentle Hugs~

Uber Ill Today
I just wish that I could have a normal immune system for at least a month. I get sick too much, all the time.
I want you, the visitors, to know that you mean the world to me. Every day I see my "diary" of a sorts getting more and more views and it makes me so happy. I don't know what I'd do without you guys.
Here, have this photo of me and one of my rats, Penn.

She is more than you bargained for ~ Lucy
You should have seen her today, she braved a pap smear AND a Rheumatology appointment in the same day! Considering a pap smear with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is not fun and Dr. B's office was full of drama today (his staff was just off at best to say it mildly), Dr. B. still managed to crack us up.
Anyone have any opinions of a drug combination therapy for Ehlers Danlos related anxiety issues and getting a decent nights sleep management?

Medical Feels Update
Hey Guys,
So my dad took me out to Applebee's tonight for dinner which was much needed. Last night, I slept wrong and I woke up today having the worst Fibro flair up. It literally feels like an electric charge going through my body. I seriously cannot find inspiration to do anything, so I might have my mom get on here tonight and post an inspirational photo or something, but until then, my face will have to do.

I think I'm developing migraines, because I'm having excruciating headaches every day. I already take 200 milligrams of Ibuprofen a day to help with inflammation, but the headaches are getting worse. Ugh. Just what I need. ANOTHER invisible illness to add. Oh well.
So I have two doctor's appointments Monday. One of them is a gynecologist appointment, and the other is my Rhumetologist in Ocala. Dr. Bookbinder is the best doctor I have ever had, so I'm hoping he can give some other homeopathic treatment for my Fibro and Migraines because if not I'll have to go on Lyrica. I'm thinking a VERY low dose muscle relaxer may also be a good decision. I can't take this level of discomfort anymore and I need help, so I'm hoping that help will come Monday.
Gentle Hugs~ Lucy

Food Is Important To Live, And Also Feed Gastroparesis.
How many of you hate that tummy growling, stomach clenching hunger?
I think we can all raise our hands.
And then you have those of us with Gastroparesis, who are either hungry or paying for the food we just ate.
Here is a link to more information on Gastro if you A) Have it, B) Think you may have it, or C) Know someone who has it and you are curious about what it is and other related information : Medicine Net: Gastroparesis
My dad has made fried Chicken for dinner so I know that my stomach will be torn up in about an hour, so much non-excite.
If you have any tips or tricks for the Gastroparesis, please comment them below to others who may have the same condition.
Gatoraid is a definite YES to people who have Gastroparesis. The Electrolites are so good for the digestive system, and I drink at lease one bottle a day. Now, that doesn't mean that Gatoraid is the only drink you ingest. Even it out with water, to get the full benefits. It's a life saver!
Have a wonderful night and Gentle Hugs~ Lucy

Hi Everyone! Looking for Friends to Share this Journey With!
Hey! I just made this account a few days ago and here is a proper introduction! :)
My name is Lucy Yyvan, I am 18 years old and I was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome type Hypermobile and Classic by a wonderful doctor here in the Ocala area of Florida named Dr. Bookbinder when I was 13. A year later, he also diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia and suspected, and later proved, Tachycardia. Ever since, I have had a lifetime of experiences most people only experience in their old age or after physical traumas, but I still wouldn't trade or wish this upon anyone else.
I am Buddhist, practicing for two years now, and believe everything happens in a lifetime for a reason. This is my task before I am done here on Earth, so I will take it and try my hardest to do the right things and make the right decisions and help my body in natural ways. I don't personally take pain-killers or anything really like that. I try to keep my treatments to non-drug related herbs, vitamins, and minerals. I am Straightedge, a punk-hardcore group that abstains from drugs and alcohol of any kind. I try to handle my illnesses in a physical and mental treatment kind-of-way, but I am very open to any of your suggestions!
I am very honest, and do have some tips and tricks of my own. You are now my family, if you chose to be. Send me a friend request if you'd like, and respond to this post if you'd like to be part of the family :)
~Gentle hugs, Much love. Lucy.
